Intro to The-Bass.co.uk's third report...

The-Bass is UPGRADING. This month, our servers have been literally overwhelmed with traffic, so the whole site will be upgrading at the begginning of next week to larger servers that can more easily accomodate high levels of traffic. Dont worry folks, this wont effect any aspect of the site. The address will remain the same and people will not have to make any alterations to their existing adverts. All that will be different is that the site will be able to handle larger levels of traffic. We have been planning on expanding since the site started but was not expecting it to be so soon.

This month has seen a huge rise in the number of daily hits received. In the first few weeks of this month, we have seen the hit counter jump from an avergae of 3000 hits per day to over 6000, and it shows no sign of stopping.

There are currently 164 slots taken and paid for on the site. Not every one of these has yet been occupied but we are awaiting adverts from a few parties. With 2336 still to sell, there is plenty of room for more people, so get your slot today...

International Impact

As well as the shear amount of hits we have recorded, we have also been amazed by the international reach of this site. We have recorded webhits from over 30 different countries from across the globe. This illustrates the international impact this site is having.

We currently receive on average, our largest percentage of hits from the USA, but this is probably partly due to its size and also the wide availability of the internet within America.
